Listed-medicine products are capped at 500 mg NMN per day, oral form, adults only, with a recommended duration of up to 12 weeks.
Compliant products may only make general wellbeing claims (e.g. "support energy production") — never anti-ageing or disease claims.
The single most important factor. A published independent Certificate of Analysis covering NMN content, heavy metals and microbial safety — ideally per batch — separates serious brands from the rest.
Reputable products state their NMN purity explicitly. Pharma-grade sources like "Uthever" are well-regarded. Vague or missing purity figures are a yellow flag.
